Brook is a very experienced Licensed Building Practitioner, and Prince 2 Accredited Project Manager. Brook did his Carpentry Apprenticeship in Christchurch in 2001 - working in residential and light commercial. Never afraid of a challenge, he then project managed numerous Retail fit outs in the UK and Europe for 6 years. On his return in 2012, Brook started his own business building Architectural homes, retail fit outs and hi spec bathrooms in Queenstown and Christchurch

Andy has over 20 years of Project Management and Quantity Surveying experience working for both Main Contractors and Project Management Consultants in New Zealand, Ireland and the UK. In addition to his degree in Quantity Surveying Andy is also a chartered member or the CIOB and full member of the NZIQS. Andy’s experience of working as a senior Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager on both the contracting and consulting sides of the construction industry gives Andy a rare insight and great understanding of overall construction processes. Andy is also a director and the owner operator of Hay & Associates.
Tim is one of two Directors of Jones and Wyatt Construction a Licensed Building Practitioner with considerable experience in both commercial and residential construction. Tim formed Jones Build in 2006 undertaking a variety of work from alterations through to semi commercial before teaming up with Sam Wyatt in 2012 who together have built a well respected Construction company making its mark on the landscape in Christchurch
Sam is a Director at Jones and Wyatt Construction with 18 years’ experience in commercial construction with an LBP. A proven track record in modular construction having constructed two buildings of approximately 9000m2 with 170 units of prefabricated bathrooms over the last two years. This experience has been imperative to determine good practices for this type of construction.

Ian Hopkins has a Masters of Architecture (Professional) with Distinction and is comfortable working with a range of clients, colleagues and construction staff. Ian has experience in residential housing, large scale commercial jobs, age care, commercial fit outs, bridges and sewerage treatment plants. Ian in the past has worked for high profile architecture firms such as Sheppard & Rout, Architecture Workshop and currently works for JTB Architects. Prior to studying architecture Ian studied draughting and engineering and worked for a number of years for his family run civil engineering firm Hopkins Engineering.

His ability to design great buildings comes from a capacity to co-ordinate function and practicality with a finely honed sense of space and proportion. Marc is the director of Jerram Tocker Barron Architects Ltd (JTB), founded more than twenty years ago with offices in Christchurch, Nelson, Wellington and Auckland. Marc brings together extensive local, national and international experience and is a local and international award-winning Architect.
